| Our
company was founded in 1958 as one of the first foam processing companies
in Belgium. Since 1981 we have been an integral part of the large
KABELWERK EUPEN
AG group. Their high-quality foams have also enabled us to
become the specialists in processing and slicing PU foams for the
seating and mattress industry.
In
1983, we started to design and manufacture shock-absorbing packaging,
with DOW. In 1989, we were designated "Qualified Processing Company"
by DOW and
since 1996 we are also the official distributor for NMC
in Belgium.
In
1999, we extended our packaging range with the distribution of HOFBAUER
cases.
KABELWERK
Eupen gives its subsidiaries a large measure of autonomy, allowing
them to develop individually and respond rapidly to market needs.
Contacts with our suppliers are built on the "partnership" principle.
The loyalty of both partners provides us with a strong foundation
to grow relationships with our clients in an atmosphere of complete
trust. Our objectives are quality, punctuality, accuracy and versatility.
They are also reflected in our name SERPO: SER for service
and PO for polyvalent.
The
company is divided into two departments:

Comfort Foams Department, which processes "Soft
PU Foams", and the "Technical
Foams" Department, which processes semi-hard synthetic
foams such as PE. Each department is located in its own building
with its dedicated machinery. Highly qualified personnel and years
of experience are your guarantee for fast and flawless production.
