Ethafoam, Stratocell and Synergy are all non cross-linked PE foams.

  • Ethafoam is the best PE foam for shock-absorbing packaging. This foam has the highest cushioning factor, that is to say with the same thickness, a lower G value (acceleration) can be obtained.
  • Stratocell is a versatile PE foam that is used in many applications.
  • Synergy is a foam that feels soft and is ideal for protecting surfaces that scratch easily. This soft-touch foam is often used in automotive applications.

All the non cross-linked PE foams can be recycled.
